In addition to his commendable contributions as an MNS leader, he is the President of Thane Pratishthan and a Trustee of an NGO called Grammangal that aims toward an educational revolution.

Abhijit Panse being one of the most influential filmmakers in the Indian & Marathi Film Industry has always been vociferous & honest about his Social Work. He considers his religion as ‘Indian’ and pledges to work in the Educational Sector. He is the Director of Tribal Youth Home Industries Trust and is actively associated with Grammangal NGO.
Being the Vice-President of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), Abhijit works closely with the MNS Chairperson Shri Raj Thackeray for the development of the Educational sector of Maharashtra and to provide quality education to kids from every corner of the State. His campaign of reducing the burden of heavy School Bags gained a lot of attention and has been noticed by the Central Government as well.
